These scallops are petite in size, but that just makes their firm, sweet meat more concentrated for a blissful bite! Beautifully presented on the half shell, they are farm raised in the cool, nutrient dense waters of the South Pacific off the coast of Peru.
These scallops can be easily prepared in the shell; we recommend baking them with an herbed butter sauce, or quickly heating on the grill and adding a citrus fruit. Look to our or our chef friend's for home chef assembly.
